PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.439 (a) (b) of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed in CrlOP.No.6889 of 2019 dated 08.05.2019 in so far it relates to appear before the concerned court daily at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in CrlOP.No.6889 of 2019 dated 08.05.2019 in so far it relates to appear before the concerned court daily at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm.

2. This court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders and in all future hearings without fail. is having three more cases and in those cases he has to appear. Hence, the present petition has been filed for modification of the said condition.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that already the petitioner is having three cases and in those case he has to appear. Hence, the conditional order imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6889 of 2019 dated 08.05.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every hearing.
