ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The Writ Petition was filed to seek a direction for completion of the construction of four lane fly over at Kalavasal Junction, which according to the party, has already been constructed and made operational.

2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and dismissed for that reason. No costs.
