ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.296 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and hence, seeks bail.
2.According to the defacto complainant, the first accused has approached her and borrowed Rs.22 lakhs assuring to return the same and also represented that the first accused is a partner with the second accused, who is doing real estate business. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and even as per the compliant, the first accused had borrowed money from the defacto complainant and the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged transaction.
4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case of similar in nature.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on
bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, Madurai District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
