ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1and A2, in Crime No.341 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody from 18.05.2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 392, 397 of IPC and hence, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are committed any offence as alleged by the respondent police and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on instructions, would submit that the first petitioner has involved in four previous cases which were registered and he was ended an acquittal in three cases and the second accused is involved in eight previous cases and he was ended an acquittal in six cases and in one case he was convicted and the major part of the investigation is over. 5.Considering the antecedents of the petitioners, and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioners shall stay at Chengalpattu and appear before the Inspector of Police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chengalpattu Town Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m and 06.00 p.m. for a period of sixty days.
