Advocate (Crl.side) For R2 : Mr.D.Venkatesh COMMON ORDER As both the cases are with respect to case and counter, they have been taken up and disposed of by a common order. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.Two FIRs have been registered in Crime Nos.854 of 2015 and 855 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC. When the matters are taken up, joint compromise memos have been filed duly signed by the parties and attested by the learned counsel for the parties in each of the cases stating that the issue has been resolved and there is no need to proceed further. This Court has perused the compromise memos.

4.Considering the submissions made and after going through the relevant documents including the offences alleged against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to quash the FIRs as no useful purpose would be served by keeping the FIRs any longer. Accordingly, the FIR in Crime Nos.854 of 2015 and 855 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police are quashed. The compromise memos shall form part of record. These petitions are ordered.
