ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.12.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Chandru has purchased a two wheeler by getting a loan from the Dharani Finance and for that transactions, the petitioner stood as guarantor. He further submitted that the said Chandru failed to pay the instalments to the said finance and instead of taking action against the said Chandru, the said finance has tried to seize the petitioner's son's auto and when the same was questioned by the petitioner, he was assaulted by the men, who are working in the said finance. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 12.12.2017, but, so far no action has been taken.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
