Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, from the fifth respondent states that enquiry will be conducted into the petition mentioned representation and steps will be taken for handing over the house 2/4

site to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
