2. Heard both sides.

Earlier, this Court, by order dated 11.04.2019, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5322 of 2019, directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- [Rupees One Thousand only] each as costs, to the credit of the "Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry, Madurai Bench), within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Since the petitioners could not pay the amount in time, the present application has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are given one week time from today to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 11.04.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5322 of 2019.

5. This Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
