Second appeal pleased to set aside the judgment and decree of the Lower Appellate court dated 18.04.2009 made in A.S.No:1 of 2007 on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul, reversing the judgment and decree of the Trial court dated 11.07.2006 made in O.S.No 200 of 2002 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul, and to allow the second appeal.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/R.RAJARAJAN, Additional Government Advocate(C.S), for the petitioner and of M/R.HEMAKARTHIKEYAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 3 & 5 the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2143 days in representing the appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.2500/- [Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only] in the account opened in the name of 'The Registrar(Administration) (Removal of Karuvelam Trees) and also Rs.2500/-[Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only] to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
