ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate to participate in Sl. No. 1 Construction of 8 Class Room, 1 No. of Boys Toilet, 1 Nos. of Girls Toilet and Drinking Water supply arrangements in Government High School at Karuthakodangipatti of Manapparai Block in Trichy District with respect to etender Notice No.09/SE Buildings (C&M)/Circle/Trichy/2024, dated 03.12.2024 or in the alternate to direct the 1st respondent to accept the tender documents uploaded by the petitioner without insisting for the production of Work Site Inspection Certificate from the 2nd respondent for the above said work.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner ie., Work Site Inspection Certificate has already been issued by the 2nd respondent.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
