PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned decision of 247th meeting of the first respondent SRC-NCTE dated 20-22.06.2013 in respect of rejection of request for shifting and further to withdraw the recognition of the petitioner College at Serial No.79 and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings F.No.SRO/NCTE/APS08517/B.Ed./TN/2014-15/58687 dated 16.07.2014 and quash the same as illegal and in violation of Principles of natural justice and in violation of section 17 of the National Council for Teacher Education.

2. Now, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents has placed on record a communication of the second 3/5
respondent herein, dated 27.08.2020, under which the institutions have been granted continuation of recognition for B.Ed., course of two year duration with an intake of hundred students.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been resolved and no further orders are required in the writ petitions.
