ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members along with close relatives and friends for conducting their joint family prayer in the house of the petitioner at Door No.24-221 C, Mannadi, S.T.Mankadu Post, Methukummal, Killiyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the third respondent has not given any complaint against the petitioner and as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
