The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the appeal in S.A(MD)SR.No.87970 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
