ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 399 of IPC and Section 25(1)(a) of 1/3

Arms Act, in Crime No.429 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that during the patrol, the defacto complainant along with his team found that the petitioner and other accused persons unlawfully assembled with deadly weapons and they planning to commit dacoity. Hence the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is having one previous case under 302 of IPC and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
