ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NANDHA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.J.MARIA ROSELINE, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The present Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.12,00,000/- together with intends accrued thereon, which is lying in State Bank of India, Main Branch, Trichy and deposited to the credit of O.S.No.149 of 2012, second Additional District Judge, Trichy.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made arrangement for her daughter's marriage and therefore, he is in need of the said amount for marriage expenses.

3. Considering the said submission made and in view of no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven lakhs), subject to the condition that the petitioner has to re-deposit the said amount, as and when it is directed. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
