This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.07.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint dated 01.07.2015 has not been received by the respondents.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 11.08.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
