PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.10204/2012/a3/dated 16.11.2012 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to constitute the renovation Committee for Arulmigu Goundappar Thirukovil, at K.Paraivalasu consisting the persons on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2013, 16.04.2013 within a stipulated period. ORDER
This writ petition is filed against the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.10204/2012/a3/dated 16.11.2012 and consequently direct the respondents to constitute the renovation Committee for Arulmigu Goundappar Thirukovil, at K.Paraivalasu consisting the persons on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2013, 16.04.2013 within a stipulated period.
2.In earlier occasions, when this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 17.10.2022 & 26.10.2022 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal".
3.Even today (08.11.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
