O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to disburse the petitioner's subsidy amount of Rs.2,25,000/- sanctioned on 30.03.2023 under the TAHDCO Entrepreneur Development Programme Scheme pursuant to the sanctioned order dated 30.03.2023 by the fourth respondent within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein decided to purchase a tractor and accordingly approached John Deere Private Limited under the TAHDCO Subsidy Scheme. The petitioner also applied for the said subsidy before respondent Nos.3 and 4 and proceeded to purchase the tractor while the subsidy application was under consideration. Thereafter, the petitioner's subsidy application was approved. However, respondent Nos.3 and 4 have failed to take any steps to disburse the approved subsidy amount of Rs.2,25,000/-. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted several representations to the respondents seeking disbursement of the subsidy amount. However, no action has been taken on the said representations till date. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's claim would be considered in accordance with law.

4. Taking into consideration of the sanction order dated 30.03.2023 passed by the fourth respondent, this Court directs the fourth respondent to disburse the subsidy amount of Rs.2,25,000/- to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
