The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.5 and 6 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint / representation lodged by the petitioner dated 04.10.2020 after giving a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
