ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court on 07.09.2022 in W.P(MD)No.14303 of 2015 recognizing one Saraswathy Amma as the Correspondent and Manager of the school.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the Government has so far not recognized the said Saraswathy Amma as Correspondent.

3. On written instructions from the Chief Educational Officer, Kanyakumari, the learned Government Advocate submits that so far Saraswathy Amma has not filed any proposal to approve her as the Correspondent cum Manager.

4. Therefore, it is clear that the writ petitioner is yet to approach the authorities with an appropriate application for approving her as Correspondent 2/4

cum Manager. I do not find any grounds to issue notice in the contempt petition.
