ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KAYALARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 692 days n paying the deficit court fee of Rs.250/- in C.M.A.(MD).SR.No.54086 of 2013.

2. Heard Mr.M.Kayalarasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay of a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) towards costs to the High https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court Legal Services Authority, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.
