This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass them under the guise of an enquiry.

Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent against the petitioners was registered in C.S.R.No.123 of 2023 and after enquiry, the same was closed.
