Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2013, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal is directed to dispose of the case in D.V.O.P.No.10 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
