These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2383 and 888 days respectively in filing the petitions to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the respondents 18 and 27 in the writ appeal and also to bring on record their legal heirs as party respondents in the writ appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavits, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments. Issue notice to the newly impleaded legal heirs of the deceased respondents 19 and 27 returnable by 27.07.2026.
