The above petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 117 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 4 to 6 in CMP(MD)No.17194 of 2025 in SA(MD)No.373 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections.

4. Considering the above and taking note of the quantum of delay, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in CMP(MD)No.17194 of 2025 in SA(MD)No.

373 of 2021.and post the same on 05.03.2026.
