Counter affidavit has been filed by the third respondent stating that they have considered the petitioner's representation and in proceedings dated 28.02.2023, they have taken steps to pay a sum of Rs.50,792/- to the petitioner for the purpose of G.S.T. Respondents 1 and 2 have considered the representation and rejected the claim of the petitioner.
