ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.237 of 2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent herein on 24.09.2015 has registered a case in Crime No.237 of 2015, under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) I.P.C., but, thereafter, no further action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the case, investigation has been done and the case has been referred as 'Mistake of Fact' and also a report has been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate to that effect. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply has submitted that no notice has been served on the petitioner, with regard to filing of the final report.

It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.

6.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
