This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the business activities of marketing the products being manufactured by the petitioner under name and style of Lingam Traders Beedi Company at No.8/232-3, Sakthi Kovil Street, Vaithilingapuram, Nallur, Tirunelveli District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.7 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 482,183,486,420 of IPC and Section 78 of Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1959 and the petitioner has been called for further investigation. He would also submit that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
