ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that a positive final report has already been filed in Crime No.167 of 2021 on the file of the sixth respondent before the jurisdictional Court on 20.12.2021. The jurisdictional Court shall take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of, with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
