ORDER
This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the third respondent is the wife of the petitioner and already the petitioner has filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.168 of 2017, on the file of the learned Sub Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District. He further submitted that the petitioner and the third respondent have arrived at settlement and she has agreed to receive a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- and the petitioner is taking efforts to pay the said amount and the fact remains so, the third respondent gave a false complaint and based on the said compliant, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner and his family members.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that after the receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as family dispute, and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
