PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.6870 of 2019 dated 16.05.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.6870 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6870 of 2019 on 16/05/2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4.
