Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to finalise the Voters List/Membership of the 3rd respondent society and to prepare the final list of Voters for conduct of the elections to the post of Office bearers of the third respondent society for the term 2013-2016 after conducting detailed enquiry/investigation on the existing members of the third respondent society.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to finalise the Voters List/Membership of the 3rd respondent society and to prepare the final list of Voters for conduct of the elections to the post of Office bearers of the third respondent society for the term 20132016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
