Seeking a direction to change the investigation in Crime No.166 of 2015 dated 02.06.2015 from the file of the second respondent to the file of 3rd respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Perusal of the affidavit shows that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased, namely Kalyanasundaram. The grievance of the petitioner is she lodged a written complaint to trace out her missing husband on 12.05.2015.

4. Despite the fact that the complaint is pending from 12.05.2015 onwards, there is no progress after registered the F.I.R. in Crime No.166 of 2015 under Section 174 Cr.P.C. on the file of the second respondent. Considering the same this court directs the first respondent to look into the ongoing investigation and supervise and monitor the same and the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
