Respondents PRAYER: This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 30.08.2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 294(b), 450, 307, 386 r/w. 511 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 30.08.2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 294(b), 450, 307, 386 r/w. 511 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that no complaint has been received by the second respondent.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 11.08.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
