ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is only for providing better medical treatment for the petitioner's husband. In fact, the Dean, Government Rajaji Hospital did provide such a treatment. The petitioner's husband has since been discharged from hospital also. Hence, no further order is required in this writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
