ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.230 of 2016.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.230 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 327, 341, 430, 441 and r/w 34 I.P.C., but, thereafter, no further action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months may be granted to file a final report.
4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from this date. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
