2.The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider his representation, dated 21.12.2020.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the private respondents 5 to 7. No costs.
