respondent has been completed and the respondent No.3 laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.447 of 2014. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
