ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the second respondent has registered two theft cases against the petitioner's second son, Amsaraj, and the said Amsaraj has left the family and his whereabouts is not known and that being so, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner that he has to disclose the address of his son, otherwise, a case will be filed against him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that three cases have been registered against the petitioner's second son, Amsaraj, under Sections 457 and 380 I.P.C., and the said Amsaraj has been arrested on 31.12.2017 and remanded to judicial custody and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
