ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the maternal uncle of one, M.Raghu. He further submitted that the wife of the said M.Raghu has lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is no way concerned with the family dispute, which is pending between the defacto complainant and her husband. However, the respondent is harassing the petitioner based upon the false complaint given by the defacto complainant. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that one, G.Sathya @ G.Angel Sathya Jothi gave a complaint on 28.10.2017 and C.S.R.No.134 of 2018 has been issued and the said complaint is pending for getting social welfare officer's report. He further submitted that the petitioner was not subjected to any harassment.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
