ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 26.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Abraham has created false documents by saying that he has having Power of Attorney to sell certain properties and believing his words, the petitioner has purchased the said property for Rs.10,26,20,000/-(Rupees Ten Crores Twenty Six lakhs and Twenty Thousand only) and subsequently, it was found that the said Abraham has cheated the petitioner and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 26.12.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
