O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.118 of 2017, pending on the file of the second respondent Police to any other Police Station at Dindigul District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the second respondent would submit that the second respondent is investigating both the Crime Nos.96 and 118 of 2017 and it is a case and counter.

3. The second respondent is investigating both the cases and a final report will be filed within a period of four months on completion of the investigation.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
