This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in pursuant to the F.I.R in Crime No.184 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sivagangai Town Police Station, Sivagangai District and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Court concerned on 16.04.2015.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
