ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks transfer of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. He has given a representation dated 22.04.2022 to the respondents 1 and 2. The third respondent is the competent authority to decide the issue.

3.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
