ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.102 of 2014.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.102 of 2014, under Sections 147, 323 and 336 I.P.C., but, thereafter, no further action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months may be granted to file a final report.

directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from this date. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
