Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is a consumer of electricity. The petitioner is in arrears. He approached the second respondent for relief. The second respondent granted the facility of paying in easy installments. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner moved the first respondent. The first respondent declined to interfere in the matter. Challenging the same, this writ petition came to be filed. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated all the contentions set out in the affidavit filed in the support of the writ petition called upon this Court to grant relief as prayed for.

3. I am not persuaded by the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner. As rightly pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel, the second respondent himself has graciously given installment facility to the petitioner. In such matters, there is no scope for writ Court to interefere. I endorse the stand of the learned Standing Counsel. The order passed by the second respondent will have to be complied with the petitioner. This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
