PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time granted to the petitioner appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur District and furnishing sureties in Crl OP(MD)No.4435 of 2019 dated 25.03.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.4435 of 2019, dated 25/03/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.
