Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the cases are pending from the year 2012, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, who is in-charge of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Track Court, Tuticorin is directed to dispose of the cases in C.C.Nos.129, 23 and 22 of 2012 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
