RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8490 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.222 of 2019 dated 15.10.2019 on the file of this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.

JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8490 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.222 of 2019, dated 15.10.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8490 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.222 of 2019, dated 15.10.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.860 of 2020 counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8490 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.222 of 2019, dated 15.10.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in two weeks i.e., on the first working day of every two weeks at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
