The learned counsel for the respondent bank states that the sale could not be completed for want of bidders. 3.

So, in view of the same, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
